For my 2D CNC, I designed a chair. The wood that was used was a 15mm piece of plywood. Before sending my nc file to the CNC router for cutting, my dxf file will have to be edited to include the dog and bone at some corners. A 3mm diameter flat endmill was used to machine the parts. As a precaution, I ws srequired to wear ear protection due to the loud noise produced my the machine.
