First, create a sketch according to the dimensions above.

Then, extrude the sketches accordingly. For this part, I forgot to extrude and join the bodies. Hence, to seperate bodies. Therefore, I proceeded to go on to the next step which is to combine the 2 seperate bodies together.

I combined the 2 seperate bodies together.

I did the extrusion for the extrusion at the top and filleted the edges accordingly.
